5. Ordering & Payment


Orders are accepted subject to stock availability and full payment via approved methods (cash, bank transfer, or PCI-DSS-compliant gateway). The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders and will refund any payments received for cancelled orders. * Applies to online payments

 

 

6. Pricing & Taxes


Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude applicable sales taxes unless specified. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; confirmed orders are billed at the price shown at checkout.

 

 

7. Shipping & Delivery


Delivery lead times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided. Delays caused by force majeure, courier strikes, or security checks are beyond our control.

 

 

8. Returns & Refunds


  • Consumer Packs (≤10 kg): Return within 7 days if unopened, damaged, or expired upon receipt; refund or replacement issued once validated.
  • Bulk/Industrial Sacks: Claims must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery. We may collect samples for lab testing before authorising credit or replacement.
 

 

9. Intellectual Property


All trademarks, logos, images, and text remain the exclusive property of Kamran Flour Mills. Use without written permission is prohibited.

 

 

10. Privacy & Cookies


Your data is processed per our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted under Pakistani law, the Company’s liability for any direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

 

 

12. Force Majeure


We are not responsible for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

 

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Punjab. Disputes shall be submitted to the civil courts of Gujrat District. We encourage amicable resolution via our customer-service desk before litigation.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery (COD within Punjab), bank transfers, and all major debit/credit cards via our PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateway.

2. Can I cancel or change my order after checkout?

Yes—orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement by calling +92-537-751-0061 or e-mailing sales@kamranflourmills.com. After that window, the order may already be in dispatch and subject to our returns process.

3. What is your return policy for unopened consumer packs?

Unopened 1 kg–10 kg packs returned within 7 days of delivery, in original condition, qualify for an exchange or full refund (shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect).

4. How do I report damage or shortage in a bulk (25 kg/50 kg) shipment?

Notify our logistics desk within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the lot number; we will arrange sample testing and issue credit or a replacement load as appropriate.

5. Who is responsible if delivery is delayed?

We strive to meet stated lead times, but delays caused by force majeure, courier strikes, or government checkpoints are beyond our control. We will keep you informed and work to minimise disruptions.

6. Are prices on the website final?

Prices are listed in PKR exclusive of applicable taxes. Confirmed orders are billed at checkout prices, but we reserve the right to update pricing on future orders without prior notice.

7. How can I resolve a dispute with Kamran Flour Mills?

Contact our customer-service desk first; most issues are settled amicably. Unresolved disputes fall under Gujrat District civil courts as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
