2. Orders & Distribution
Q1. What are your delivery lead times?
Most Pakistani destinations receive flour within 24–48 hours thanks to six regional depots and a GPS-tracked fleet.
Q2. Do you ship to remote villages?
Yes—rural deliveries are handled via a hub-and-spoke model and may take an extra 12–24 hours.
Q3. What pack sizes are available?
Consumer: 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg. Industrial: 25 kg, 50 kg sacks.
Q4. Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Wholesalers: 1 metric ton (mixed SKUs allowed). Retailers can order pallet quantities through city micro-hubs.

Q1. Which food-safety certifications do you hold?
ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, PSQCA compliance, and Halal assurance.
Q2. How often is flour tested?
Every lot completes a 30-minute lab cycle (ash, moisture, gluten, colour, micro).
Q3. Have you ever had a product recall?
No—zero recalls in the past 10 years, supported by rapid CAPA and full traceability.
Q4. Can I trace a bag to its farm? (Coming Soon)
Yes, every pack’s QR/GS1-128 barcode links to farm origin, silo, and lab results.
4. Sustainability
Q1. How much of your energy is renewable?
Our 300 kW solar farm supplies 35 % of current demand, rising to 60 % after the 1.5 MW expansion.
Q2. What do you do with milling by-products?
98 % of each wheat kernel is reused—bran for feed, germ for health foods, shorts for bakery blends.
Q3. How do you conserve water?
Closed-loop washing recycles 85 % of process water; rain-harvest tanks save 1 million L annually.

Q2. Suspect counterfeit flour—what next?
Submit our Brand-Protection Report Form with photos; we respond within 48 hours and arrange free replacement if confirmed.
7. Terms, Returns & Payments
Q1. Which payment methods are accepted?
COD (Punjab only), bank transfer, and major cards via PCI-DSS-compliant gateway.
Q2. Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placement—call the hotline or e-mail sales@kamranflourmills.com.
Q3. What is the consumer-pack return window?
Unopened 1–10 kg packs may be returned within 1 days for refund or exchange.
